Adding Licenses

Expand your license pool to accommodate more users with Editor or Admin roles.

1. Access License Management : Click on "Billing" in the sidebar navigation to access the billing dashboard
2. Click "Add Licenses" : Click the purple "Add Licenses" button to open the license purchase modal
3. Select Quantity : Choose the number of additional licenses you nee

Individual: Add 1-10 licenses

Bulk: Add 11-50 licenses

Enterprise: Add 50+ licenses (contact sales)
4. Review Pricing : Review the pricing and billing cycle for the additional licenses
5. Complete Purchase : Confirm the purchase and complete payment

License Allocation

New licenses are immediately available for allocation. You can assign them to existing users or save them for future use. License requests from users will be automatically approved if licenses are available in your pool.

1. Access Add-ons: From the Billing dashboard, click the "Buy Add-ons" button in the Licenses & Add-ons section
2. Select Package: Choose from the available AI credit packages based on your needs
3. Review & Purchase: Review the package details and complete the purchase
4. Immediate Access: Add-ons are immediately available for use

Plan Cancellation

Cancellation Process

If you need to cancel your subscription, our support team will guide you through the process and ensure a smooth transition.

Important Information

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
You'll retain access to all features until the cancellation date
Data export options are available before cancellation
Refunds are processed according to your plan's terms

1. Contact Support : From the Billing dashboard, click the "Cancel Plan" button to initiate the cancellation process
2. Support Consultation : Our support team will contact you to discuss the cancellation and address any concerns
3. Data Export : Export your data and diagrams before the cancellation takes effect
4. Confirmation : Receive confirmation of cancellation and final billing details

Before You Cancel:

Consider downgrading to a lower plan or pausing your subscription instead of cancelling. This allows you to maintain your data and easily reactivate when needed.
