Prerequisites

Before configuring white-label settings, ensure you have the following:

Enterprise Plan: White-label configuration is available on Enterprise plans only
Admin Access: You must have administrator privileges in your Cloudairy workspace
Brand Assets: Prepare your company logo, brand colors, and preferred font
Custom Domain (Optional): For full white-label experience, consider setting up a custom domain first. See our Custom Domain Setup Guide for details.

Configure Brand Name

What is Brand Name?

Your brand name will replace "Cloudairy" throughout the application interface, including login pages, headers, email communications, and browser tabs.

Examples:

  • "Acme Corp" → "Sign in to Acme Corp"
  • "TechFlow" → "Welcome to TechFlow"
  • "Enterprise Solutions" → "Enterprise Solutions Dashboard"

Enter your company or product name (max 50 characters)

Tip:

Choose a name that's recognizable to your users and aligns with your company's branding guidelines

Select Brand Colors

Color Configuration

Choose your primary brand color that will be used for buttons, links, accent elements, and the overall theme of your application.

Ensure your chosen color provides sufficient contrast with white text for accessibility compliance.

Choose Brand Font

Typography Selection

Select a font family that matches your brand's personality and ensures excellent readability across all devices.

Recommendation:

Choose fonts that align with your brand's professional image and ensure good readability on both desktop and mobile devices.

Preview & Publish

Live Preview

Review your white-label configuration in real-time before publishing to your users.

Save as Draft

Save your current configuration without making it live. You can continue editing and previewing changes.

Publish Configuration

Make your white-label configuration live. Your branded application will be available to all users.

Important:

Once published, your white-label configuration will be immediately visible to all users. Ensure all settings are correct before publishing.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues

Logo not displaying correctly

Ensure your logo file meets the size and format requirements. Try uploading a PNG file with transparent background.

Supported formats: PNG, SVG, JPG
Max file size: 2MB
Recommended: 200×200px

Brand name not updating

Clear your browser cache and refresh the page. Brand name changes may take a few minutes to propagate.

Hard refresh: Ctrl+F5 (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac)
Clear cache: Browser settings → Privacy → Clear data

Custom colors not applying

Verify your hex color code is valid (6 characters, 0-9 and A-F). Use the color picker for guaranteed compatibility.

Valid format: #RRGGBB
Example: #FF5733
Use color picker for best results
