The sprint you sketched on Monday is the plan you ship on Friday.

Cloudairy is one workspace where the board, the doc, the recording, the task list and the published site are the same piece of work seen from different angles. This tour walks all fourteen stops, in the order a real project moves through them.

Design canvas

Sketch the work before anyone types a due date

Free

Planning starts as sticky notes, not a form.

Open an infinite canvas and write the work the way the team actually talks about it — one note per thing, moved by hand. Drag shapes, draw connectors, run a timer, let everyone vote. Nothing here is a task yet, and that is the point: the shape has to be right before anyone types a due date.

What you’ll use
  • Sticky notes, drawing tools and drag-and-drop shapes, plus 50,000+ icons and AWS, Azure and GCP libraries on one board.

Collaboration

Comment on the box, not on the file

Free

Comment on the box, not on the file.

Everyone edits the same board at the same time, with cursors you can follow. A comment attaches to the exact shape it is about, so “the API box” is never ambiguous. Mention someone and they open on that shape. Share a link that is public, password-protected or private, and present without leaving the canvas.

What you’ll use
  • Real-time co-editing with visible cursors. No save button, no merge.

Product brief

The spec, written beside the work it describes

Free

The brief lives where the work lives.

Docs are block-based and collaborative: write, comment inline, and keep the brief in the same workspace as the board and the tasks it describes. Organise them in folders, export or print them, and — when the brief is ready for people outside the workspace — publish it as a doc portal instead of attaching a file nobody can find in a month.

What you’ll use
  • Block-based editing, with collaborative writing and commenting in the same document.

Clip

Record the walkthrough instead of scheduling it

Free

Record the walkthrough instead of scheduling it.

Capture your screen and camera together, then drop the recording onto the board or into the doc it explains. Pick a screen, window or tab and recording starts; a camera bubble rides along. The walkthrough ends up next to the thing it walks through, so a reviewer three time zones away watches it where the work is instead of hunting a chat thread for a link.

What you’ll use
  • Screen, window or tab, with a camera bubble and device pickers for camera, mic and screen.

Marketing space

One space per team, with the right people in it

Business

A space per team, not a folder per person.

My Space is yours. A Shared Space is the team’s: the boards, docs, clips and projects that belong to marketing sit in marketing’s space, with roles and permissions deciding who edits and who only reads. Guests get into one space without getting all of them.

What you’ll use
  • My Space, Shared Spaces, Shared with you, Favourites, Recent and Archived.

Form

Requests arrive structured, not as DMs

Business

Work arrives as a request, not a DM.

A form is the front door to a project. Someone outside the team fills in what you actually need — scope, dates, owner, priority — and the answer lands in the project as a task with those fields already set, instead of a message somebody has to translate at standup.

What you’ll use
  • Ask for the properties the project already tracks, so nothing is re-keyed.

Main table

Every field at once, sorted your way

Starter

The whole plan as rows you can sort.

Table is the view for the person who wants every field at once: owner, status, story points, duration, billing type, due date. Add your own columns with Add a property, then filter and group. It is the same task set as every other view — change a status here and the card moves on the board.

What you’ll use
  • Status, reminder, work hours, duration, labels, billing type, story points, component, plus custom properties.

Kanban board

The notes from stop 01, now moving across columns

Free

Boxes on the canvas become cards on the board.

Turn the sticky notes from stop 01 into tasks and drag them across your own columns with owners, priorities and dates. Or skip the setup: describe the project in a sentence and Cloudairy builds the board — sprint plan, content calendar, hiring pipeline, bug triage. Kanban is one of the two views on the free plan, so this is where most teams start.

What you’ll use
  • AI project builder. “Plan a two-week payments sprint” returns a populated board.

Gantt chart

Move one bar and the dependent work moves

Starter

Move one bar and the dependent work moves with it.

Gantt is the same tasks laid against dates with their dependencies drawn in. Drag a bar and everything downstream shifts, so a slipped decision shows up as a slipped release instead of a surprise in next week’s status meeting. Duration is calculated, and blocked work reads as a break in the chain rather than a flag on a card.

What you’ll use
  • Task dependencies, set on the Dependency tab of any task and drawn here as the chain.

Stop 9 of 14.

Timeline

Who is doing what, for how long

Starter

Who is doing what, for how long, at a glance.

Timeline reads by person and by milestone rather than by task chain. It is the view for the week’s planning conversation: whose lane is full, where two pieces of work collide, and which milestone the whole thing is aimed at.

What you’ll use
  • Group by assignee, status or label. The same tasks, re-grouped.

Open the timeline10 · Projects · Timeline · Starter and up
Stop 10 of 14.

Calendar

The month the rest of the company reads

Starter

The month the rest of the company actually reads.

Calendar puts the same tasks on dates. It is the view you hand to the people who don’t live in the board: marketing checking a launch week, a client seeing when their deliverable lands. Drag a task to a different day and every other view updates, because there is only ever one set of tasks underneath.

What you’ll use
  • Deadlines, reminders and milestones on a month or week grid.

Open the calendar11 · Projects · Calendar · Starter and up
Stop 11 of 14.

Goal

The number the tasks are supposed to move

Business

Tasks are the work. Goals are the point.

A goal is the outcome the tasks are meant to move, with progress that updates from the work itself rather than from a status meeting. Set the target, link the projects that feed it, and the percentage stops being somebody’s estimate.

What you’ll use
  • Define the outcome and the measure, per team or per quarter.

Track goals12 · Projects · Goals · Business
Stop 12 of 14.

Dashboard

Every project in one read, not eleven tabs

Business

Starter plans one project. Business runs the portfolio.

Dashboards read across projects: charts for throughput and status, workload by person so you can see whose lane is full, and logged hours next to the plan they were spent on. It’s the view you open before a steering meeting, instead of the slide you used to build for it.

What you’ll use
  • Cross-project dashboards and charts.

Sites

Publish the work as a page, not an attachment

Starter

Run the work, then publish the page.

The last stop is the one nobody expects a workspace to have. Describe a website and Cloudairy builds it page by page, or start from a template — then publish to a cloudairy.site address. A project hub, a client update, a handbook. It’s a URL you send, not a file you attach, and it updates when the work does.

What you’ll use
  • AI website builder: describe a site and get it page by page. Or start from a template.

Questions

The product tour, answered.

Do I need separate tools for diagrams, docs and project plans?
No. Diagrams, docs, boards, clips and published sites are one workspace sharing one set of work. Turn shapes into tasks in a click — change a status in the table and the card moves on the board.
We already use Jira and Confluence. Do we have to move everything?
No. Most teams start with one tool and leave the rest where it is. Tasks carry story points, components and an issues tab, and everything exports to SVG, PDF, Google Drive and OneDrive.
Can I bring my existing diagrams with me?
Yes. Cloudairy imports Visio files (.vsdx), and the 50,000+ icon library covers the AWS, Azure and GCP shapes your diagrams already use — so a migrated diagram still looks like the diagram.
What do I get on the free plan?
Free gives you three editable items, 30 AI credits a month, Kanban and List views and unlimited members — no card required, and the free plan never expires. Starter ($8 a member a month billed annually, or $3.20 with the welcome offer) removes the cap and adds Table, Timeline, Calendar and Gantt views, sprints and dependencies.
Is Cloudairy enterprise-ready, and what happens to our data?
SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and GDPR, penetration tested annually. Enterprise adds SSO and SAML, SCIM, audit logs and DPA support — the full control set and our AI governance policy are in the Trust Center.
