What counts as an “editable item”?
Boards, docs and projects share one pool on the Free plan — three in total. Paid plans remove the cap entirely.
What's the difference between a board and a project?
A board is a canvas — diagrams, whiteboards, anything visual. A project is where the work gets tracked: the same tasks shown as a Kanban board, a list, a calendar, a timeline or a Gantt chart, whichever suits you that day. Free includes Kanban and List; Starter adds Timeline, Calendar and Gantt.
What happens to my price when the founding offer ends?
Nothing. The rate you sign up at is the rate you keep for as long as your subscription stays active. New customers after Aug 31 pay list price.
Is there a free trial?
No — and that is deliberate. Trials mean a card charge you did not expect at the end. Instead you get a real free plan for as long as you want it, and a 30-day money-back guarantee on annual plans if you upgrade and change your mind.
What are AI credits, and what uses them?
One credit is one AI generation — a diagram, a mind map, a sprint plan, a doc block. Free includes 30 a month, Starter 600, Business 2,000 per member. Starter and above unlock premium models. Credits reset monthly.
Can I collaborate on the free plan?
Yes. Real-time collaboration and unlimited members are on every plan including Free. We do not charge per editor.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel any time from workspace settings; you keep access until the end of the period. Annual plans are covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee.
